PSP oldTimer: A vintage-style compressor designed for track or group compression and limiting. Our goal in developing these plug-ins has been to provide you with versatile compressors that offer detailed control and an exceptionally musical sound. PSP oldTimer is inspired by vintage circuitry, designed to emulate our favorite characteristics of such compressors.
The compressor is simple and easy to use, making it difficult to produce poor results even at the most extreme settings. With soft and smooth compression in most scenarios, it may add a slight coloration with tube emulation on transients when heavily driven by high compression values.
