TH-U Made In Rock – JUP320 is an exceptional plugin based on the precise emulation of the Acoustic 320* bass head (serial no. 32002163) and its matched cabinet, historically used by Judas Priest*. Currently part of the Made In Rock private collection, this amp and its companions have been expanded over 20 years, including gear from legends like White Snake, Oasis, and Led Zeppelin.

Every tonal and emotional detail has been meticulously captured. The TH-U JUP 320 head features two input channels (A & B) that can be selected or blended with different EQ settings. The power boost switch enhances bass frequencies for a deeper tone. A graphic EQ shapes the tone with precision, centered on frequencies typical of ’80s bass tones. We have even replicated the red marks on the EQ front panel as set by Judas Priest’s engineer for Ian’s tone.
The 371 cabinet boasts a massive 1×18″ speaker for a vintage flavor. Due to the 320 head’s high flexibility, we’ve also included a model of a modern 8×10″ bass cabinet for ’90s tones. Both cabinets are captured with 18 microphones using high-resolution nonlinear IRs. Overloud Fluid Convolution allows placing up to 4 microphones in 3D space around the cab and blending them with custom IRs. The ReSPiRe option adds the sensation of standing near the cabinet.
