Modulated Springs and Plates is a REmatrix library developed by MoReVoX, capturing several electro-mechanical vintage reverbs, including the EMT 140, EMT 250 plates, and many Accutronics springs. These IRs have been enriched with modulations to create lush and warm atmospheres with a vintage vibe. The library is particularly suited for electric pianos, guitars, and vocals.
The library includes:
- 230 IRs
- 300 individual presets, created during real mix studio sessions with a focus on vocals, keyboards, synths, drums, and acoustic instruments
The impulses are divided into two banks:
- Single IR presets designed to replicate the original vibe of the units
- Multi-layer bank combining two or more IRs from different units, extending the tonal palette and creating unprecedented reverb spaces
This library includes the REmatrix player plugin, which allows you to load any IR and preset included in the library. REmatrix Player offers the same features as the REmatrix Full plugin, with a limited set of editing capabilities.

System Requirements
REmatrix and REmatrix Player are available as AudioUnit, VST, RTAS (ProTools 8, 9, and 10), AAX32 (ProTools 10.3.5 and above), AAX64 (ProTools 11 and 12) plugins, as well as a standalone application. Both 32bit and 64bit are natively supported. You can authorize REmatrix and REmatrix Player on up to three computers that you own and one USB stick with a simple one-click software procedure (no hardware key needed).
