Purchase of Digital Products

The digital products we sell are transferred from our servers directly to your computer. These products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files to facilitate faster downloading. Decompressing these products will allow you to use them as if you bought them from a physical shop. This experience is simple and can be done using standard decompression software.

Download Links

After purchasing a product, you will receive an email with download links. These links can also be found in the Downloads section of your account. There is an expiration time for these links, and your IP address will be tracked for security reasons. If you do not receive the email with download links, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Serials & Registration Codes

Some of our products, such as software synthesizers or audio plugins, may require serial or registration codes for full activation. You will receive these codes in the order confirmation email and they will also be available in your account.

Refund Policy
